DanMarc is operated by DanMarc LLC, registered in the Republic of Armenia (state registration number 999.110.1599510, registered 2026-07-30). Tax identification number (ՀՎՀՀ): 01100321. Registered address: Building 5, Apt. 2, Mari Street, Nor Nork, Yerevan, 0079, Armenia. This is our legal/registration address only — not a showroom, store, or customer-service location.

DanMarc's offering falls into five distinct categories, each with different terms that apply to it (see our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy for how returns work for each):

• In-stock standard furniture — ready-made pieces held or immediately sourceable, sold as-is.

• Made-to-order furniture — pieces manufactured to standard specifications after you order, with a stated lead time.

• Individually customized furniture — pieces manufactured to specifications, dimensions, materials, or colors you approve specifically for your order.

• Interior-design services — design consultation, planning, and visualization work.

• Implementation/procurement services — on-site supervision, sourcing, and coordination with contractors and manufacturers on your behalf.

An order is placed by completing checkout and accepting these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy — and, for made-to-order or customized items, the made-to-order terms as well. A contract is formed once your order is confirmed and, where an advance payment is required, that advance has been received.

For interior-design and implementation services, engagement terms (scope, fee, and schedule) are agreed separately and in writing before work begins; these Terms apply to that engagement in addition to whatever is agreed in writing.

All prices are shown in Armenian dram (AMD). For furniture orders, an advance payment (currently set per our internal pricing policy and shown at checkout) is due to confirm the order, with the remaining balance due before or at delivery, as agreed.

We accept payment via the methods offered at checkout — this may include bank transfer, cash (by arrangement), and, once available, online card/wallet payment through our payment partners. We never see or store your full card number or CVV — those are handled entirely by the payment provider.

Delivery territories and fees: [Delivery territories and fees to be confirmed]. For complex delivery cases, cost and scheduling are confirmed individually by a DanMarc manager rather than calculated automatically.

Production and lead-time estimates shown at checkout or in your order confirmation are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may change due to material availability or manufacturing conditions. We will keep you informed of material changes to an estimated timeline.

You're responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and (where relevant) measurement information, and for reviewing and approving specifications for made-to-order or customized items before production begins — approved specifications become part of your order and are recorded as such.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Armenian law, including liability for defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods. Outside of that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version and effective date at the top of this page always reflect the current version. An order already placed remains governed by the version of these Terms you accepted at checkout, which is recorded against your order.
